Solar park Fluitenberg has been realised northwest of the village of the same name in the province of Drenthe. The 33.5 MWp solar park will provide around 11,000 households with green electricity. 61,000 solar panels have been installed on the site.
The landscaping of the solar farm is based on features of the surrounding landscape and wishes from local residents in the surrounding area. Among other things, a loose hedge will be planted around the solar park to hide the panels from view.
Construction of the solar park was completed in December 2022.
